The only observation that we can make when comparing our wine to the recipe wine is the clearness/darkness. Our wine is noticeably more clear than theirs. The second observation is that both of our wines were not sweet. Our wine was considered the least sweet by everyone who tried it and the website listed their wine as a dry wine (A wine with little residual sugar). There are no other comparisons that we can make as the website did not clarify the alcohol level.
