Procedure

Preparation

Wash and remove the seeds, stems and stigmas from the pears

Chop up the pears into small pieces

Boil one liter of water in a pot and pour seven cups of cane sugar

Mix and stir until sugar is fully dissolved

Fill the jug with two liters of water

Pour the sugar dissolved water into the jug

Pour the chopped up pears into the jug
-
Pour the golden raisins into the jug
-
Pour the yeast packet into the jug and mix

Close up the jug and cover it with a tarp and keep in a dark area in room temperature

Fermentation
-
Allow the mixture to ferment for 3 weeks

Filter the mixture through a flour sack or jelly bag strainer (The resulting mixture should have a layer of sediment at the bottom)

Allow this new mixture to ferment for another 2 weeks.

Completely filter the mixture. (The result should be a clear liquid)

Bottle and let sit for 2 days.
